Floor Plans and Elevations

Plans and elevations are artist renderings for general reference only.  They may not accurately represent the actual condition of a home as constructed and may contain options that are not standard on all models. Legacy Homes reserves, in its sole and absolute discretion, the right to make changes to floor plans, specifications, designs, and elevations without prior notice. Stated dimensions and square footage are estimated and should not be used as representation of the home's actual size or net useable square footage, which may be less than the estimated square footage. Garage or bay sizes may vary from home to home and may not accommodate all vehicles.  Actual views from particular homes will vary.

Square Footage/Acreage

All square footage and acreage measurements quoted on the Legacy Homes Site are estimated; actual measurements may differ.

Energy Savings

Any claims regarding energy efficiency, specific energy efficient features, and/or energy ratings are general in nature and are not intended to estimate or forecast any specific energy savings. Additionally, specific energy efficient features may differ from those listed on the Legacy Homes Site.  Savings will vary due to many variables, including but not limited to, actual utility rates and fees, as-built construction, floor plan, occupancy, appliance usage, thermostat settings, weather conditions, number of people occupying the home, personal energy usage, and the home’s orientation. Legacy Homes provides no guarantee of savings or efficiency to which a homeowner might benefit.

Legacy Homes does not control the conditions in the real estate market and may increase or decrease home prices in the future.  Prices shown on the Legacy Homes Site do not include closing costs and other fees to be paid by buyer (including any builder fee described in the purchase agreement). While Legacy Homes uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in this Legacy Homes Site, Legacy Homes makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Legacy Homes assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this Legacy Homes Site. All information must be verified at the particular community of the home about which the information is desired.
